Returns and refund policy

Return Country - United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Rest of the World.

Our policy is valid 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a customer refund or exchange after this time but contact us and we'll do our best.

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and constitutes a part of these Terms.

GoSafe Packs wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us so we have made returning or exchanging products easy.  If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange unused or damaged products up to thirty (30) days from the date that you received an order for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, according to the following terms.  You may also return your product for store credit or a different product, at your request.

To obtain a refund or exchange, you must return any damaged or unused portion of your order, your return or exchange must be approved, and the return or exchange must be received within thirty (30) days of the date your order was placed. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to any error by GoSafe Packs is not subject to this refund policy. Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any amount refunded.  You will not be refunded the cost of shipping the products to you.

The following terms apply for all returned or exchanged items: 

  • To initiate a refund, email us at service@gosafepak.com.  You may also initiate a return by replying to your order confirmation email.  You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return the order for a full refund of the product price, less shipping and handling costs.  We will provide you with a shipping label by email.  Please send all items back to us using the label provided.
  • We cannot process refunds or exchange packages marked “Return to Sender.”
  • We will not accept the return or exchange unless the product is sealed in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
  • Send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number.  The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back.  Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
  • Discounted items, gift cards, and downloadable software products are final and cannot be returned.
  • You may only exchange products that arrive to you defective or damaged.
  • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased, it is only eligible for a gift credit upon approved return, and only for the value of your return.  Once the gift return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SafePaks LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan WY 82801, United States

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • The website refers to GoSafe Packs, accessible from https://www.gosafepacks.com/

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Returned products must be sent to the address customer service provides along with the provided RMA #.

The address will depend on the region your shipping address is located.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We recommend sending all returned items using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. 

After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days to process your refund.  Once a return is processed, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
